Application

or washing all kinds of pieces textile goods, Such as garments, T-Shirt, Jeans…
For the denim garments or Jeans, it also can used for stone washing ( such as stone washing with water or without water)
CHARACTERISTICS
1) The
machine is mainly composed of inner rotary cylinder, outer stationary cylinder,
reliable driving system and lateral robust supporting frame and is suitable for
dyeing and finishing of natural and synthetic materials in garment form under
atmospheric conditions.
2) The
rotation movement of the inner perforated cylinder assures an excellent
leveling dyeing result of woven or knitted material and its reversal rotation
movement is regulated by means of a timer.
3) The
inner and outer cylinders are fabricated from high quality stainless steel for
long service life.
4) The
internal surface of the inner cylinder is of shiny polish finish to prevent any
material surface damage.
5) Safety
device is equipped to stop the machine if the loading and unloading door(s) of
the outer cylinder is opened accidentally.
6) A
steam bleeding pipe is installed for rapid direct heating and a heat exchanger
is placed at the bottom of the machine as indirect heating system for precise
temperature control.
7) A
glass sight level indicator and a level scale are equipped as standard
accessories to indicate and measure the liquor level and volume.
8) Simple
construction, stable operation but space saving.
9) As different requirements, the control cabinet can be installed with precise temperature controller situated nearby the machine for accurate and efficient control of process parameters.
