Soft winding machine is controlled by computer. It's used for cone to cone soft packages with even density.

The winding speed is controlled by computer, max. 1100m/min. It has easy adjusting radial anti patterning system.The advanced yarn clearing and tension system with photoelectric yarn detecting can avoid knotting and twisting for yarn. Precise and sensitive speed testing system can ensure even winding length (weight). It is quite suitable for winding yarn of cotton, flax, silk, chemical fiber.

Machine Features                            

1. Wearable metal mandrel support.                              

2. Easy opening center of cone holder is easy for collecting the finished package.                    

3. Yarn inlet/outlet has ceramic for protection to avoid effecting yarn's quality by friction.              

4. The grooved drum has anti-dust, anti-twist system which can avoid dust accumulation and protect the operating bearing.                               

5. The machine is double sided with 12 spindles for each section. Many sections can be put together  (max.  108 spindles)                                 

6. Rotating pin and counterweight yarn brake can control winding tension freely.                         

7. Spring holder pressure balance system will ensure even winding density during the whole winding process.                               

8. Electric turning waxing system to ensure uniform waxing.                             

9. The photoelectric electronic length measuring device ensure the exact number of winding meters of each spindle.
