XYD series Hot Air Dryer for Package Yarn

Tranditional dryer for packages , hank yarn. The heat exchanger provide heated air, the high efficient blower generated strong hot air through the stainless spindle , the hot air flow to the yarn packages

from the holes in the spindles. The yarn can dry rapidly with good handling.

Machine Features of Yarn Dryer:

1. Drying chamber is made of steel frame and wasl with insulation and painting.

2. High efficient heat exchanger for steam heating

3. Exhuast air piping for take out the moisture from the chamber during the whole drying process.

4. High efficient blowers to ensure enough air flow to pass through the yarn.

5.  Temperature sensor PT100 can get the actual temperature inside the chamber and show on the control panel.

6. Stainless Steel Controller.

7. Drying time for 100% cotton yarn: 3 hours

8. Working temperature: 85 degree

9. Working steam pressure: 0.3-0.5Mpa
