Working Process

Grey Fabric in Cold Pad Machine ( apply chemical) - Padded chemical fabric out ( Trolley or A-frame)- Leave the trolley or A frame at room temperature for 4-12 hours ( depending on different chemical and fabrics)- Continuous Washing ( provide by customer)

Suitable for Fabric: 100% cotton, polyester cotton, nylon cotton, acrylic cotton, ramie cotton... etc.

Advantage:

1. Greatly increase dyeing machine efficiency 30%

2. High produciton capacity up to 15-25 tons/ day ( depend on fabric weight)

3. Fabric whiteness is same as the scouring & bleaching by dyeing machine

4. Less hairiness

5. Colour fastness is same as the S&B process in dyeing machine
