Applicability and Feature

It it suitable for dispensing liquid drops in the laboratory,which is fast,accurate and reproducible,ensuring the best production efficiency and avoiding high re-dyeing cost due to misoperation .

Dispersing System

1. Tubeless , each injector for each dye bottle.140 injectors 316# S/S(Patented design)

2. High precision drop accuracy, drop error of 4 ‰ accuracy, repeated drop accuracy of 2 ‰

3. Design each injector for each dye bottle to avoid cross contamination.

4. No conveyor to transport the bottle tray so that reducing the mechanical failures.

5. Three sets of Delta high-precision 400W servomotors are configured, and X-Y-Z manipulator positioning is accurate and fast.

6. One-time aspirating can be allocated to more than one dye cup,reducing the round trips times.

7. One drop of 0-48 recipes, 12 cups *4 cups and plates.

8. Automatic stirring of dye bottle, speed, time interval and direction can be controlled.

9. Software system that can track each solution addition.

10. Safety light curtain around to protect the safety of mechanical operation and operators.

11. Dropping speed: 24 formulations take about 24 minutes to achieve efficient dropping.

Selection of dispenser:

Powder weighing device: It can be realized at the same time of feeding. The powder additives are added automatically. When adding about 5g each time, 24 cups only takes 8 minutes.
