It's designed for singeing knit fabrics before dyeing.

Singeing for fabric takes an important role in fabric pre-treatment, appearance, clean and clear surface before the following process of fabric. Fabric singeing is carried out to remove and burn out the hairiness on the fabric surface and produce a smooth surface finish on fabrics.

Machine features:

1. Compact design, safe space and easy operation.

2. In order to avoid high tension, most of the roller are driven by motor, except some necessary guide roller.

3. PLC control system, invertor speed control, good synchronization to avoid creasing.

4. Strong machine frame and good quality roller with good balancing by precision machine for stable transmission.

5. S-shape fabric movement with open width roller for uncurling and fully open the fabric to facilitate the singeing process.

6. Steam type fire extinguish system, more reliable and safer.

7. Special designed fire nozzle, the spandex will not be burnt or damaged during the singeing process.

8. For CVC or TC fabric, fabric and yarn can be upgraded after the singeing process.

9. Open width singeing process can give more high quality and even singeing result for both up and downside of fabric

10. Reduce fabric duration time in dyeing machine. Reduce the energy cost

11.  Good fabric tensile strength and bursting strength can be maintained.

12. Improve the quality of re-dyed fabric ( dyed fabric singeing only can be applied to dark color fabric)
