Automatic High speed winder is for sewing thread. It is suitable for winding sewing thread, embroidery thread, nylon thread, high strength wire and other materials

Machine features:

1. Automatic feeding and winding system

7. The machine adopts wire cam system for yarn winding, which is fast and low in sound.

8. The wire cam is polished with special hard material, which is smooth and wear-resistant and does not hurt the yarn

9. The circulating oil loading system can directly set different tanker speed and with stable linear speed, the oil loading can be evenly. Each spindle is always in full oil level. Each tanker is equipped with a filter device to prevent oil spraying and waster. Large reflow tank and oil   baffle can undertake the backflow of fluffs and oil produced in operation and filter the ground without pollution.
